What you’ll do

As a QA Engineer, your key role will involve the application and advancement of Quality Engineering practices in line with established best practices, principles, and standards. Your focus will be on identifying and mitigating product risks and interdependencies throughout the product lifecycle within and across product teams. In this capacity, you will be tasked with finding connections and synergies, while also serving as a technical advisor and collaborator for engineering, product,
and other business stakeholders. This position is critical for enhancing quality engineering processes and identifying efficiencies throughout the product delivery system.

  • C# development knowledge Python is a plus
  • Automation testing
  • Agile methodology and working in agile teams
  • Git
  • BDD Cucumber/spec flow
  • Exposure to Cloud technology.
  • Exposure to performance testing using Jmeter or similar

You’ll be responsible for

  • Drive Quality Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of QA solutions aligned with enterprise standards, including planning, estimation, and structured
    execution.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with developers, product owners, analysts, and architects to meet client expectations and foster team
    alignment.
  • Lead Test Automation: Design and implement scalable, standards- compliant automation frameworks integrated into DevOps pipelines.
  • Refine Requirements & Backlogs: Break down complex requirements, define test estimates, and contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning.
  • Continuously Improve Processes: Participate in retrospectives and agile practices to drive efficiency and high-quality outputs.
  • Resolve Issues Proactively: Accurately log defects, support root cause analysis, and collaborate for timely resolution to minimize risk and cost.
  • Mentor & Innovate: Share knowledge, stay updated with tech trends, mentor peers, and contribute to organizational growth and culture.

The Aggregation Team


You'll be joining a team of engineers focused on delivering and maintaining new features for the aggregation platform. As part of the engineering organization, we contribute throughout the entire product delivery lifecycle, working collaboratively with development teams on API automation and backend development. Our team believes in continuous learning and challenges each other to excel at every level of engineering while building and maintaining robust aggregation features.
