Eneco wants to be climate neutral by 2035. That is why we are working hard to build wind farms and solar parks and install heat pumps and electrode boilers. It’s an operation that must not only proceed smoothly, but safely as well. Eneco guarantees the safety and health of its people. Safety has a high priority and is continuously improved.

Safety Culture Ladder level 4

The Safety Culture Ladder is an assessment method to assess safety awareness, consciously safe behaviour and culture & measure behaviour in companies. For example, we investigate workplace & procedures and leadership & involvement.
The Safety Ladder has five steps. Those steps indicate the extent to which a company is actively committed to safety awareness. We are proud that Eneco has reached level 4.
