You have strong strategic, analytical and communication skills and want to make a real impact in the energy transition
You are driven and you have an enthusiastic, positive attitude
You have a clear vision and are committed to what Eneco stands for
The energy transition is in full swing and Eneco is leading the way. Our goal? To be fully climate-neutral by 2035. This applies to our own business activities, but also to the energy we supply to our customers. We develop our own wind and solar parks and help customers take sustainable steps every day with smart products and good advice. Do you want to help us shape a sustainable future? Then we're looking for you!
Working for Eneco as a Senior Strategy Advisor means you will be in a position in which you help to determine Eneco's course. You'll be challenged both from an organisational and intellectual perspective to identify opportunities, create and implement strategies. In this way, you'll be making a contribution to a sustainable future.
In an energy market that is undergoing radical changes, Eneco is an innovative frontrunner. Innovation, new markets and services, international growth and partnerships with start-ups are an essential part of its strategy. This means Eneco is facing enormous changes in both the short and long term, which the Strategy team helps to navigate.
You will be part of the Strategy & Growth team, a small group of experienced internal consultants who advise the Management teams, Directors, and Management Board of Eneco. As part of the Strategy team, you also work closely with the Strategic Change and Sustainability teams.
As a Senior Strategy advisor you lead work streams or full projects and teams, depending on the scope of the project. You collaborate with colleagues across Eneco, develop analyses and clear documentation, and present recommendations to stakeholders. You are coached by experienced Strategy Managers and the Strategy Director to grow in your role as an advisor.
We work together as one team to deliver the plan. In doing so, you are proactive in helping others to accelerate the energy transition. You create an environment where people can exchange insights and opinions, and you take responsibility for contributing to the joint plan. In addition, you have the following qualities:
You will have a flexible workspace at our modern, bright headquarters in Rotterdam. You can walk from Rotterdam Alexander station to your desk in just a few minutes. Although it might take a little longer if you chat with a colleague on the way. At Eneco, we have adopted hybrid working. That means that you work partly from home.
Do you feel at home among colleagues who are bursting with ambition, take good care of each other and want to go full speed ahead to achieve our climate ambitions? If so, you'll fit in at Eneco.
