What you’ll do

As the Senior Manager - ERP & Asset Lifecycle Management, you will lead teams working with ERP & Asset Lifecycle Management Platforms—including software and data engineers—in delivering scalable, innovative enterprise solutions that support organizational goals and business processes. You will be a pivotal leader ensuring strong vendor partnerships and fostering a culture of excellence. A critical part of your role will be ensuring high-quality, well-governed data is available for cross-domain use and reliable financial reporting.

  • Strong leadership with a track record of mentoring and team development. 

  • Extensive expertise in Financial ERP Platforms, driving business solutions and innovation. 

  • Proven vendor management experience, including contracts, performance, and partnerships. 

  • Ability to drive strategic alignment, foster collaboration, and cultivate a high-performing, inclusive environment. 

  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills across all levels. 

You’ll be responsible for

  • Defining team roadmaps aligned with technical strategies, organizational goals, and vendor capabilities, ensuring measurable impact. 

  • Overseeing vendor selection, contracts, performance, and collaboration to meet business and technical needs effectively. 

  • Recruiting, mentoring, and supporting cross-functional team members while setting clear expectations and fostering professional growth. 

  • Driving cross-team alignment, enhancing processes for efficiency and innovation, and ensuring decisions align with strategic goals. 

  • Ensuring data produced or transformed by ERP & Asset Lifecycle Management Platforms is accurate, timely, and accessible for cross-domain use and financial reporting. 

This is where you’ll work

You will be leading a team of ~30 people and outsourced work (multi million euro). The team is responsible to provide great software solutions to tackle business problems and create value for Eneco, in the Finance, Procurement and HR domain (support functions), as well as in the Asset Lifecycle Management domain. The Asset Lifecycle Management IT is enabling the departments who are responsible for the assets to plan Asset Lifecycle Management (e.g. proactive maintenance), and it provides Geo Information Systems in which is stated where which assets geographically lie, mainly heat networks. In these areas we primarily use our ERP system (SAP). Challenge is to utilize this ERP system maximally and minimize customisations. 

What we have to offer

Gross annual salary between €110.000 and €170.000
