As a Senior Engineering Manager within the Assets domain, you’ll be leading the charge in bridging the worlds of OT (Operational Technology), IoT, and IT. You will guide the strategic and technical direction for some of the most critical systems behind Eneco’s infrastructure, from wind farms and solar fields to heating grids and gas plants.
You’ll manage engineering managers who lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of SCADA engineers, edge computing specialists, and backend developers. Together, your teams work on modern, high-impact solutions that are deeply embedded in our renewable energy landscape.
You’ll help create scalable and secure platforms that collect, process, and analyze real-time data from the field, making our energy systems smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable.You combine technical depth with leadership: you know how to challenge your teams, dive into the details when needed, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.
