Working for Eneco as Change & Continuous Improvement Consultant in the Strategic Change team means you are at the forefront of transforming Eneco so that it can be successful in the energy transition. You will be challenged both from an organisational and intellectual perspective to implement the changes that are necessary for Eneco to achieve its strategy and operational excellence. In this way, you'll be making a contribution to a sustainable future.
Eneco's One Planet Plan and the volatility of the Energy Transition require continuous improvement methodology and strategic change across value chains. This role combines strategic change management with Lean (Six Sigma) expertise to drive operational excellence and value creation, supporting Eneco's transformation towards value chain-oriented organization.
You work together as one team to deliver the plan. In doing so, you are proactive in helping each other to accelerate the energy transition. You create an environment where you can exchange insights and opinions with colleagues and you take responsibility for contributing to the joint plan. In addition, you hold the following qualities:
• Execute complex change & improvement projects using both Lean Six Sigma and change management methodologies
• Be responsible for / a member of 2-8 simultaneous projects, carried out within the Eneco organization, ranging from big projects of 9 months to small continuous improvement initiatives. You will support in the implementation of Lean Performance Management across the company
• Plan and manage these projects to achieve the set objectives in terms of scope, time, cost and quality
• Make sure the change you realize has actual impact and lasting result
• Coach and supports operational teams in achieving their OKR/OGSM targets through continuous improvement and performance management.
• Train Yellow to Green Belt courses within Eneco.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma performance management systems across value chains
You will be part of the wider Strategy & Change team, which besides Strategic Change, also consists of the Strategy, Sustainability and Operational Excellence teams.
You will have a flexible workspace at our modern, bright headquarters in Rotterdam. You can walk from Rotterdam Alexander station to your desk in just a few minutes. Although it might take a little longer if you chat with a colleague on the way. At Eneco we work hybrid. That means that you work partly from home.
