You will be part of a team that configures and integrates the PROS Configure-Price-Quote solution into the wider complex IT landscape. You will contribute to 100% customer satisfaction by providing expertise, technical advice & best practices. You will work together with product management and product development and solution architects to define the best solutions for the business problems at hand. You will contribute to best practices and to the knowledge base (training materials, design templates, implementation packages, etc.)
You will set up the PROS Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) engine that enables our customers to choose the best Energy products in line with the Eneco climate neutral 2035 goal!
Minimum 5 years of experience configuring solutions on large-scale PROS implementations, including QuoteX, CONTROL, Guided Selling and External Orders
Experience integrating PROS CPQ with CRM (MS Dynamics), or relevant experience managing implementation of SaaS or Cloud based Software products
Strong customer focus, excellent teamwork abilities, integrity, and relationship-building skills
Strong aptitude for analytical concepts, demonstrated leadership ability, strong verbal and electronic communication skills;
Adjusting the implementation of the several CPQ modules – QuoteX, CONTROL, Guided Selling and External Orders
Building integration solutions with other adjacent systems in the Eneco IT-landscape
Agreeing with business on requirements offering more functionality to the CPQ solution and implementing these functionalities
Aligning with the PROS’ product team on adding items to their roadmap when needed to help Eneco’s implementation forward
The Dynamics & CPQ team currently consists of 5 internal members, including two configurators and three solution consultants as well as another 15 external members.
The primary challenge for the team is to facilitate the growth of our digital product families by providing strong CRM and CPQ capabilities. Our mission aligns with our commitment to the environment and sustainability, as outlined in Eneco’s “One Planet” plan. The Dynamics & CPQ team is particularly involved in facilitating new propositions and an excellent customer experience, enabling our customers to transition to renewable energy sources while reducing their carbon footprint.
