What you’ll do

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll join the Myriad Virtual Power Plant (VPP) Product Family to lead both the behind-the-meter optimization and aggregation of residential loads for B2C customers. This role will involve helping customers optimize their home energy consumption, manage connected devices, and integrate fleet electrification, all while reducing their carbon footprint.

Is this about you?

  • Relevant experience in product management, particularly in the B2C sector within energy or related fields. 

  • Proven expertise in developing scalable, high-performance platform products, especially in home energy management and aggregation. 

  • Bonus: Experience in behind-the-meter optimization, EV charging, and aggregation of residential energy loads. 

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. 

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 

You’ll be responsible for

  • Defining the vision and product strategy for behind-the-meter optimization and the aggregation of residential energy loads through the VPP. 

  • Acting as the key liaison between the development teams, including backend, data optimization, and mobile app teams. 

  • Leading the development of data-driven products that support the energy transition and meet the needs of residential customers. 

  • Implementing an OKR-driven approach, focusing on measurable outcomes to drive strategic goals. 

  • Overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Our platform addresses the need for residential energy optimization, focusing on behind-the-meter solutions such as fleet electrification, solar energy integration, and battery storage. It helps B2C customers reduce energy costs, contribute to grid stability, and actively participate in a more sustainable energy ecosystem. By aggregating residential loads through the VPP, we empower customers to optimize their energy usage and contribute to the larger energy grid in a meaningful way.
