What you’ll do

  • Product Vision & Strategy – Define and drive Eneco’s digital product vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute a clear product roadmap.
  • Leadership & Growth – Lead a multidisciplinary team, foster innovation, and mentor junior members for professional development.
  • Data-Driven Execution – Leverage data and continuous discovery to inform decisions, validate solutions, and enhance product success.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership – Ensure product quality, user experience, and strategic decisions on features, design, and content.

Is this about you?

You are a skilled and ambitious product manager with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are adept at balancing multiple responsibilities. You exhibit strong leadership skills and have a hands-on approach to product management tasks.

 

  • PSPO I / II certification is highly desirable. 

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on technical products and architectures. 

  • You have at least 5 years of experience with the Source-to-Pay solution, preferably based on the SAP suite (SAP Ariba, MDG, VIM, MM & SD) 

  • You have thorough knowledge of logistics business processes and intimately understand the relationship between purchasing and logistics. 

  • Hands-on experience in creating business cases, writing functional requirements, value creation based user stories, acceptance testing criteria / execution, managing the product backlog and adopting a continuous product improvement approach. 

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Develop a compelling product vision aligned with company goals and articulate it clearly to stakeholders and teams. 

  • Roadmap Development: Define and maintain a product roadmap based on business priorities, customer needs, and technical feasibility. 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, Marketing, Sales and customer support teams to drive alignment and execution. 

  • Problem Prioritization: Leverage data, user research, and feedback to identify and prioritize key problems to solve. 

  • Feature Development: Define and scope features that address user needs and business opportunities, working closely with engineering to deliver solutions. 

  • Execution & Delivery: Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely releases with measurable impact. 

You’ll be responsible for

  • Delivery Excellence – Ensure efficient operations and high-quality outcomes within your team.
  • Discovery & Innovation – Use data-driven insights to prioritize impactful solutions.
  • Scrum & Agile Leadership – Facilitate agile rituals to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Stakeholder Management – Build alignment and strong relationships with engineering teams and key stakeholders.
  • Roadmap & OKRs – Develop and align the product roadmap with team and company goals.
  • Vision Evangelism – Champion your product vision to inspire internal and external stakeholders.

Gross annual salary between €88.000 and €125.000
