You will join a newly forming team of Customer Success Tech. As a Hands-on Manager and Leader of this team, you will, together with your colleagues:
Create a more efficient and intelligent workplace for human Agents by automating repetitive manual work and providing intelligent tooling
Reduce human-handled customer questions by automating the handling of incoming questions via app/web/call/mail
Create a more intelligent central routing solution to route customers to the best possible channel and or agent based on customer variables, actualities and other indicators.
Create the best possible voicebot linked to CoPilot Studio, providing self-service and intelligent routing
Besides these, you will be actively involved in creating a better, more efficient and mostly automated Customer Service
The team will be utilizing latest genAI and other solutions from Microsoft and other partners to realise the dream of agentic customer service.
Our platforms are meticulously constructed using .NET Core and Azure DevOps, offering you the freedom to leverage a range of tools that best suit the task at hand – think Kubernetes, Kafka, and more. Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in both .NET and Azure tooling are a must.
Big bonus if you have experience with Microsoft GenAI tooling, such as AI Foundry
Desired experience: CRM, Genesys CX Cloud, Dynamics 365, MS Power Platform
Experience in developing scalable, high-performance applications in Azure.
Experience working in ADO (Azure DevOps) is important as the CI/CD environment is built in this and works fully automatically.
Proven experience leading and coaching engineering teams or individuals.
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication skills in English.
