Why choose Eneco?

At Eneco, we are working towards a climate-neutral energy system by 2035. Digital products and technology play a crucial role in enabling this transition.
Within Tech, we operate outcome-driven through OKRs and measurable value delivery. We continuously improve how we prioritise, deliver, and scale initiatives across our organisation.

As a Product Operations Intern, you will gain exposure to how a complex organisation translates strategy into execution, and how data supports better decision-making.

What you’ll do

  • As a Product Operations Intern, you will help strengthen how Eneco steers and scales its digital products.
  • You will work at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and performance - supporting Product, Engineering, and stakeholders across multiple value chains (B2C, B2B, Trade, Assets, Enterprise Support).
  • Your focus will be on improving transparency, decision-making, and measurable value creation.

•    Are comfortable working with data and dashboards
•    Enjoy improving systems and processes
•    Ask critical questions and challenge assumptions
•    Communicate clearly in English (Dutch is a plus)

•    Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to improve planning and execution alignment
•    Contribute to executive-ready reporting and value narratives

This is where you’ll work

You will join our Tech organisation in Rotterdam, working in a hybrid setup.
