  • Direct impact on the energy transition through products used daily in customers’ homes
  • Ownership of the full customer journey from connected hardware to digital insights
  • Unique combination of consumer product management, IoT ecosystems and real-time energy data

Why choose Eneco?

At Eneco, the energy transition is something we make tangible in people’s homes every day. Through connected products such as smart thermostats and real-time energy insights, we help customers understand, steer and optimise their energy usage. This enables households to reduce energy bills, take control of their consumption and shift usage to moments when renewable energy is abundant.

In a world moving toward electrification, flexibility and decentralised energy systems, this role goes beyond building products. It is about driving behavioural change by translating complex energy systems into simple, actionable insights for real people in real homes. This is where the energy transition becomes real for customers.

What you’ll do

  • You own the end-to-end digital experience of Eneco’s connected home energy products. From the moment customers discover a product to their daily interaction and resulting behavioural change, you shape the full journey.
  • You define how customers discover, understand and purchase connected energy products online, design onboarding and activation flows, and determine how customers interact with their thermostat or P1 device within the app and web environment. A key part of your work is turning raw, real-time energy data into clear, meaningful insights and advice that customers can act upon.

Is this about you?

  • You have at least five years of experience in Product Management and are comfortable owning complex roadmaps and priorities.
  • You have experience delivering products that combine hardware and software ecosystems and working with external suppliers or hardware vendors.
  • You are confident working with data-driven products and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in energy, IoT or smart home ecosystems is a plus, as is experience with connected devices, behavioural change products or real-time data and analytics platforms.

You’ll be responsible for

  • You are responsible for developing and scaling Eneco’s Energy Insights and Advice propositions within the Home Energy Propositions B2C team. This includes connected hardware such as smart thermostats and energy monitoring devices like P1 dongles.
  • You operate at the intersection of external hardware suppliers, internal software and app teams, IoT and behind-the-meter value chains, data and analytics teams, and commercial B2C stakeholders. While hardware is developed with partners, you own how these devices translate into value through Eneco’s digital platforms.
  • You work closely with engineering and data teams to define how energy data is captured, processed and surfaced to customers. You balance product capabilities with infrastructure cost and ensure scalable, efficient product experiences that support real-time data streams and high data volumes.

This is where you’ll work

You will be part of the Home Energy Propositions B2C team at Eneco. In this team, you work on connected home energy products that sit at the heart of the customer experience and make Eneco’s energy transition strategy tangible in everyday household use.
