As Strategic HR Business Partner Tech, you translate business strategy into a future-proof people agenda and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership within our Tech organisation.
Tech is at the core of Eneco’s digital, data-driven energy system, working in a modern product & platform model with multidisciplinary teams delivering end-to-end value.
You connect a fast-growing tech environment with the corporate organisation. In a context of speed, experimentation and international collaboration, you bring strategic HR direction while keeping the human dimension central.
You are a trusted advisor to the Tech MT, bridging Tech and the wider organisation, strengthening engineering culture and translating developments (e.g. AI) into business impact.
You take ownership: connect, accelerate and deliver.
• 10+ years experience as (Strategic) HR Business Partner or similar
• Academic degree (HR, Business, Psychology or related)
• 5+ years experience in Tech / IT / digital environment
• Proven track record in organisational development and talent strategy at MT level
• Strong stakeholder management in complex governance contexts
• Experience bridging corporate and agile environments
• Experience in culture, leadership and team development
• Thrive in fast-paced, complex and changing environments
• Experience in international and multidisciplinary settings
• Excellent English en Dutch communication skills
• Experience with product/platform or engineering organisations is a plus
• Advise the Tech MT on organisational development, talent strategy and workforce topics
• Bridge agile tech dynamics with corporate governance and HR policies
• Drive attraction and retention of scarce tech talent
• Strengthen engineering culture (autonomy, speed, continuous learning)
• Keep leadership, team development and people topics top of mind
• Partner with the CTO domain on resource allocation and organisational design
• Bridging the impact of AI on the Tech Workforce in line with group initiatives (e.g. Strategic workforce planning)
• Drive impact through strong stakeholder management and ownership (Tech MT, MT +, Tech Works Council, Group HR, MB where required)
You are part of the HR in Business team, working closely with the Head of HR in Business, Strategic HRBPs and HR specialists. You operate independently towards business leadership and contribute directly to HR strategy and execution.
