We’re now looking for a Product Manager who can bring product thinking, empathy, and energy to this transformation.

What you’ll do

As a Product Manager CRM, you’ll take ownership of one of our CRM B2B product domains, either: 

  • CRM Product Catalogue, Pricing & Guided Selling: enabling our sales and proposition teams to add, configure and offer the right products effortlessly, and guide them from new lead to closed opportunity. 

  • CRM Marketing & Service Enablement: enabling personalized customer communication, marketing automation, and seamless customer service journeys. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver value to our customers and internal users; making their experience simpler, smarter, and more human. 

Is this about you?

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role within digital or CRM environments.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts (such as sales-, marketing-, or service automation) and technologies like Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar.
  • Proven ability to lead with influence in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Deep understanding of a product operating model and agile principles.
  • Analytical and user-centered mindset. You make decisions based on impact, not just input.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
  • A collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to make Eneco, and our planet, better every day. 

You’ll be responsible for

  • Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for your CRM domain, ensuring alignment with Eneco’s digital and sustainability strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) in an agile setup, balancing delivery, discovery, and learning.
  • Champion product thinking — guiding teams and stakeholders as we transition from a large IT migration program to an agile, product-oriented way of working.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable, user-friendly CRM capabilities.
  • Foster continuous improvement by using metrics, feedback loops, and customer insights to drive prioritization.
  • Platform Health & Reliability: Monitor system performance, technical debt, and operational efficiency, ensuring high availability and resilience.
  • Delivery & Execution: Partner with engineering teams to drive implementation, ensuring timely releases with minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Educate and inspire others about product management best practices, helping to grow a product culture across Eneco.

This is where you’ll work

You’ll be part of an empowered, cross-functional product management team that focuses fully on the B2B domain. Together, we design and deliver digital capabilities that make sustainable energy solutions simple and valuable for our business customers. You’ll work closely with other Product Managers, reporting to the Group Product Manager B2B, and collaborate daily with engineers, designers, researchers, and business stakeholders.

What we have to offer

Gross annual salary between €90.000 and €120.000

Hybrid working: home, office or abroad

Work 40% at the office, 40% from home, and 20% flexibly. With manager approval, you may work abroad (within approved countries) up to 3 weeks/year, max 2 consecutively.
