As a Group Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Eneco’s activities through advanced analysis and modelling.

What you’ll do

As a Financial Analyst in team Group Control, you will structure and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making. As such you will be part of the assignment to build and structure an Financial Planning & Analytics skillset for Eneco Group. You will develop models and dashboards that translate complex financial information into actionable insights also for non-financial stakeholders.

Is this about you?

  • Minimum Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in financial modelling and analysis;
  • Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools;
  • Strong data-analytics skills and knowledge of Python/R and SQL;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Structure financial and non-financial data and prioritize insights
  • Develop financial models to forecast performance and assess impact
  • Conduct scenario analyses (upside and downside)
  • Collaborate with Business Control, Corporate Strategy and Financial Control
  • Present insights to senior leadership
  • Balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Develop and maintain (KPI) dashboards for structural insights
  • Contribute to a stepchange in automation of dashboards.

This is where you’ll work

You will work in a flexible, hybrid environment at our Rotterdam headquarters. The office is located close to Rotterdam Alexander station. You will be part of an ambitious team committed to achieving Eneco’s climate goals. Team Group Control consists of 8 highly skilled professionals, who are involved the Business planning cycle, Management reporting and Financial Planning and Analytics.

Gross annual salary between €62,000 and €85,000
