Why choose Eneco?

Eneco is an international energy company dedicated to accelerating the energy transition. At Eneco, everyone is working towards the same mission: becoming climate neutral by 2035. No empty promises, just doing. We help consumers and businesses switch to sustainable energy. Not by making them feel like they have to, but by showing what is possible. That is how Eneco illuminates. By sharing knowledge. By providing insight. By making energy so understandable that the choice comes naturally. Understandable rather than complicated.

Offshore wind plays a key role in achieving Eneco’s ambition to expand sustainable energy production. Over the next decade, offshore wind will see significant growth across Northwest Europe. The industry is evolving rapidly — in technology, market dynamics, and regulation — making it an exciting and fast-paced environment to work in.

You will actively share lessons learned between sites and contribute to continuous improvements.

Furthermore, you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in underwater projects; offshore industry experience is a strong plus
  • Assertive, proactive, and decisive, with the ability to connect and collaborate in an international context

  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and verbal

You’ll be responsible for

  • Manage the inspection activities for the underwater scope
  • Identify and address deviations with contractors and site teams
  • Oversee contract and commercial management

  • Prepare and maintain OPEX budgets, providing input for business cases
